Mark A. Pickens represents numerous national, regional, and local lenders and servicers. Each client is provided a fee schedule based on the needs and services required by the client. This enables a personal approach to the client's individual requirements. Our firm adheres to all time and fee guidelines as set by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, the United States Veteran's administration, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
